Cloud customers want control. Control of their data, control of their own devops environments, and control over what and how their monitor that data and devops environments.
Talking to customers introduced us to the need of building a building a custom code editor into the dashboard as a configurable widget. Now users could write/inspect/modify their code in real time while looking at their dashboard, instead of toggling between browser windows with little control over the details.
